La reproduction (« copying ») est un acte réservé au détenteur du copyright. Elle est constituée par la reproduction de l’œuvre sous une forme matérielle, y compris le stockage par voie électronique (« Copying […] means reproducing the work in any material form. This includes storing the work in any medium by electronic means » s.17 CDPA 1988).
